Shipping & Handling Details
If an item is not currently in stock, we normally have
re-ordered and will have it back in stock within a few weeks. If we must
ship only a portion of your order, we will not charge later additional
shipping on the remainder. A general delay of 7 to 10 business days is
normal to process orders sent with a personal check. Your credit card will
not be charged until date of shipment. You may request a different Ship
To address. However, we must have the billing address used for your credit
card.

Canada & Mexico: add $2.50 as per

Other International: send or fax your order for a quotation.You
can avoid this step by using your credit card and we will add the shipping
cost and insurance. Indicate if surface or airmail preferred. For all international,
customers should use a credit card or send a money order in U.S. funds,
or a check drawn on a U.S. bank.
We normally send orders in the U.S. via UPS Ground for
more than four items. 2nd Day Air sent on request for an additional charge.
If you list a P.O. box, delivery must be by U.S. Mail because UPS will
not deliver to P.O. boxes. If you prefer First Class Mail, please tell
us.
For Alaska, Hawaii and all international we ship only
via insured U.S. Mail.
Shrink Wrapping and CD Inspection: Shrink wrapping is
not always a standard procedure with CDs from Europe, and about half of
ours are imported. Be assured that all of our CDs NOT shrink-wrapped have
been individually and carefully inspected by us for visual faults of any
kind that might affect playback. In any case all recordings are new and
fully guaranteed. If any CD has a problem, be sure to try it on at least
one other CD player, and then call us prior to returning it.
